Todd & Associates CPAs, a leading small business accounting, tax and advisory firm in Arkansas and North Texas, announced its strategic merger with Bailey & Thompson Tax & Accounting P.A. (“BTTA”), an accounting and tax services firm serving Central and Northwest Arkansas for over fifty years.
The merger brings together two highly respected firms with complementary strengths and footprints. The combined firm will operate together as Todd CPAs, and it will maintain offices in Little Rock (AR), Rogers (AR), Stuttgart (AR), Newport (AR) and Dallas (TX). Todd CPAs will employ 27 accounting professionals, and its operating footprint now includes all of Arkansas and the DFW metroplex.
Bailey & Thompson has a long-standing history of providing bookkeeping, payroll and tax services to individuals and small businesses. In addition to these services, Todd & Associates offers fractional CFO and analytical accounting services to small and mid-size businesses.
BTTA owners A.W. Bailey and Brian Thompson will continue to provide client services for Todd CPAs, and together bring over 80 combined years of public accounting experience. Todd & Associates CPAs owners Mark Todd, formerly CFO of Rock Dental Brands, and Katie Todd, formerly CFO of Grass Roots Cooperative, provide clients with collaborative support drawing on their deep backgrounds running growth-oriented, customer-centric businesses.
