Taylor Mannis is the Accounting and Office Manager of the Stuttgart office for Todd & Associates CPAs. She joined the firm in 2022, bringing with her over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. Taylor works with clients on their bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, business and individual tax return needs. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the Stuttgart office, manages staff, and is responsible for client relationships and business development throughout Southeastern Arkansas.
Taylor won the designation of Southeast Arkansas’ “Best Accountant” in the 2023 EAB Listeners and Readers Survey. In that same survey, the Stuttgart office of Todd CPAs was named as the “Best Tax Preparation” accounting firm in Southeast Arkansas. She is an Ambassador with the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce and serves on many different committees. She has her Annual Filing Season Program Certification and is working on becoming an Enrolled Agent.
In her free time, Taylor spends time at any sporting event, camping, hunting, or just hanging around the house with her husband Chase and her kids, Riley and Ian.
Miranda Simmons is a graduate from Arkansas State University where she obtained both a degree in Accounting as well as Corporate Finance, before becoming a licensed CPA. After graduation in 2001, she accepted a position at BKD where she had also completed an internship during college. During her six years at BKD, Miranda worked primarily in the financial institution sector providing a variety of services including tax, audit and regulatory compliance. In 2007 Miranda transitioned into a position at Windstream working in the accounting and finance area including both Corporate and Revenue accounting, as well as Financial Planning. During her time at Windstream she gained experience working through multiple mergers and acquisitions in each of those areas. Miranda joined Todd & Associates in May of 2022 with a focus on a variety of business tax and consulting projects.
Michelle Chastain is an Accounting Manager and has been with the firm since 2021. She works with clients in the construction and industrial field on their bookkeeping and payroll needs.
Michelle comes to the firm with over 15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She graduated from UA Pulaski Tech in 2015 with an associate degree in accounting.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading, trail walking and family time.
Susan Brewer is a Tax Principal and has been with the firm since 2021. She performs accounting and tax services for a wide range of business clients in the retail, hospitality, construction and health care industries. Susan also works with business owners and other individuals to plan and file their personal tax returns.
Susan began working in tax and accounting in 1990, and she has since filled every conceivable role within the CPAs firms where she has served thousands of clients. She graduated from Pulaski Technical College in May 2014 with her Associates in Business Sciences, and then continued at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Accounting emphasis in 2016. In 2019, Susan completed her education by earning her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is currently working towards her CPA certification.
When she is not working, Susan enjoys her family, travel, cooking, and running.
David Buck is a Senior Tax Principal and is the firm’s primary practitioner responsible for individual tax clients. David joined the firm in 2008 and has been instrumental in building the business and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. His work ethic and passion for client satisfaction are representative of the core values of the firm. David specializes in small businesses and rental property, and has clients across Arkansas and Texas.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked for Upjohn Pharmaceutical, Monsanto, Delta and Pine Land Company and Trane/American Standard. He has been honored many times throughout his diverse career including being named to the Trane/American Standards Leadership program, named a member of the Upjohn Sales Academy Winners Circle, and named to represent Monsanto as a lobbyist in Washington D.C during their Roundup Ready product launch.
David enjoys spending time with his family and is active in church activities along with various charitable organizations within the Benton and Bryant communities in Arkansas.
Katie Ransdell joined the firm in 2020 as a Senior Consultant, and is a key resource in the CFO Consulting practice. She assists clients on process design, internal controls and audit, and other strategic projects.
Katie graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2001 with degrees in Accounting and Finance. She started her career in public accounting, working for Arthur Andersen in Dallas and Deloitte in Little Rock on various health care and not-for-profit clients. Katie then spent 5 years in the Internal Audit and Corporate Accounting groups at Alltel and Verizon Communications before being named the CFO of The Fleming Electrical Companies. Katie most recently joined Grass Roots Farmers’ Co-Op where she currently serves as their CFO.
In her free time, Katie has served on Boards of Directors at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Bryant Boys and Girls Club. She also coaches her three children in many of the sports that they play.
Sheri Todd Adams joined the firm in 2020 and serves as the Accounting Principal for the Dallas office. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, most recently running her own boutique firm focused on accounting, tax and business consulting for individuals and businesses of all sizes. In her current role, Sheri oversees the day-to-day operations of the Dallas office, and is responsible for client relationships and business development.
In her free time, Sheri enjoys connecting with people through travel, cooking and entertaining. Sheri lives in Dallas with her husband Paul and has four children.
Sherita Jackson is a Staff Accountant and performs bookkeeping and payroll processing services for her clients. Sherita has a specialized niche in restaurant accounting, and she maintains an impressive client list including many of the well-known local restaurants in Little Rock.
Sherita earned an Accounting degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and earned a Masters in Accounting Financial Management from Keller Graduate School. She joined the firm in 2018 after several years in the Accounting Department of Rock Dental Brands.
In her free time, Sherita enjoys coaching and watching basketball. She also loves to cook and travel with her children and family.
Tiffany Cook is a Staff Accountant and has been with the firm since 2017. She works with clients in several services industries on their bookkeeping, payroll, and individual tax return needs. Tiffany also serves several clients in the home health care and retail space.
Tiffany developed an appreciation for accounting in high school, and she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2017. She is currently working towards her CPA certification.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys reading and doing puzzles.
Jennifer McGilton is the Accounting and Tax Manager for the Stuttgart, Arkansas office. Jennifer manages that office, and is the lead bookkeeper, payroll specialist, and individual tax preparer there.
Jennifer is a 30-year resident of the Arkansas County area and takes pride in serving the businesses and farm families in Stuttgart, England, Dewitt, and all over southeastern Arkansas. Her particular specializations in farming and related businesses has established our Stuttgart the leading Agri-CPA firm in the region. Jennifer has been with the firm since 2016, but has worked in the accounting and human resources field for over 20 years with previous roles at Riceland Foods and Arkansas Producers.
Jennifer has an Associates Degree in Business Management, and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Emily Krablin is a Senior Tax Principal and the leading agricultural CPA in Arkansas. Her clients include many of the most productive farm families in the Delta region, and Emily is a third-generation farmer herself. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Arkansas State University in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Agriculture Business, Emily returned home to manage her family farm in Scott, Arkansas. She later completed her Accounting degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a licensed CPA in the State of Arkansas.
Emily joined Todd & Associates in 2015 after eight years of employment as an analyst for Entergy of Arkansas. In addition to her deep agriculture experience, Emily’s other clients span a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, not-for-profit and health care. Emily is currently a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider for tax services in Central and Eastern Arkansas. She is also active in the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants serving on the Emerging CPAs committee and the Taxation committee.
Emily enjoys spending time with her family on the farm in Scott with her husband Michael and her two sons, Cole and Reed. She is active in her church and serves there as the kindergarten girls teacher on Wednesday nights.
Mark Todd is the owner and Managing Partner of Todd & Associates CPAs. He oversees the strategic direction of the firm and product development. Mark’s passion is helping businesses to better understand their financial position, and to help unlock and maximize cash flow potential. He leads the firm’s CFO Consulting practice, and assists businesses in raising capital and executing strategic transactions.
Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a degree in Accounting, and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both Arkansas and Texas, and was named to the Arkansas Business 40-Under-40 Class of 2013.
Mark began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen in Little Rock, Arkansas. He then spent 15 years in telecommunications with Alltel and Windstream Communications, both Fortune 500 companies. Mark’s corporate finance roles included responsibilities for corporate accounting and SEC reporting, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, and billing and collections. He left Windstream in 2015 as its Senior Vice President of Financial Operations, and became the CFO of Rock Dental Brands, the largest dental and orthodontic service provider in Arkansas and Missouri. Mark guided Rock Dental through two refinancing efforts and a private equity recapitalization during his three-year tenure there, and was nominated as CFO of the Year in the State of Arkansas in 2018.
Mark lives in Little Rock with his two children, and stays busy with their activities. He has also coached youth baseball for twenty-seven years and remains active in local leagues in his spare time.
